With over 25 years of industry experience, Deborah has always been enthusiastic about making people feel the best version of themselves. Holistic Haven encompasses this ethos, offering the most up-to-date Complementary Therapies following Deborah’s completion of the BSc (Hons) Integrative Healthcare. Deborah has a strong passion for treating pain management, and Musculoskeletal conditions (MSK).
Oncology Massage is provided by Deborah which is not always readily accessible due to the specialist nature of such provision. Clients report back gaining great benefit from this in on their cancer journey and Deborah is very proud of how empowered her clients feel after visiting Holistic Haven.
Originally trained as a Beauty Therapist, Deborah quickly established that this was a steppingstone in her journey to making clients feel better as her true passion lay in massage therapy. Deborah continues to be involved in this industry as a lecturer and facilitator, imparting her knowledge and skillset spanning 25years. Deborah enjoys working with her students in further education and private settings with over 6 years of teaching experience in this area.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Sarah Rollo, BSc (Hons), joined Holistic Haven in 2023 on completion of her degree in Integrative Healthcare. Sarah specialises in Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Traditional Head Massage and enjoys helping clients with pain management, stress and work-related injuries to achieve optimum health. Although Sarah may not be a regular face within the clinic, Deborah and Sarah work closely in the community providing treatments to corporate groups, charity events and self-care classes which have proved hugely popular.

BSc Healthcare Practice (Distinction), PGDip Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (Distinction), Accredited Psychotherapist.
Fiona Munro works at Holistic Haven offering a range of interventions for mental health and well-being. With over 25 years of mental health experience working in NHS Grampian, and in more recent years, with Occupational Health providers serving the Oil, Gas and Renewable industry, local government, and educational establishments, Fiona enjoys meeting a wide range of clients. Fiona takes great pride in her ability to offer the most-up-to-date therapies with positive results and feedback received. Self-funding and private medical insurance clients are welcomed.
In addition to the clinic days operated, Fiona is available for corporate events to help the workforce and to compliment the Holistic Haven ethos. More information can be found on Fiona’s website.
